Welcome 2027 with The Copper Countdown, a five-course New Year’s Eve dinner and rooftop celebration at Copper Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop. From festive cocktails at golden hour to beautifully crafted Land & Sea and Vegetarian menus, the evening unfolds with great food, flowing wine, and the kind of conversations that linger long after the last course.
As the night builds, DJ Guko takes over from 10:00 PM until 1:00 AM, bringing the soundtrack to the countdown above the rooftops of Ubud.
