  • The Gift Vouchers are valid for use by staying guests throughout the stay, and are valid only for one-time use for non-staying guests.

  • Please note that reserving a room or a table, or any treatment is 24 hours before the stay (or visit) to make sure we have the room or table or treatment service available for you.

  • The Gift Vouchers are not redeemable or refundable for cash.
