    Do the suites have a private pool?

    While our suites do not include private pools, all guests have access to the hotel’s infinity pool overlooking the jungle. For private pools, we recommend booking one of our Bisma Eight Villas, located just a short drive from the main property.

    Are there family-friendly accommodations?

    Yes. Our suites and villas can be equipped with extra beds and baby cots upon request. We also offer babysitting services, high chairs at our restaurants, kids’ menus, and baby car seats for airport transfers or day trips to ensure your family’s comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

    Yes, guests staying at Bisma Eight Hotel are welcome to enjoy the facilities at Bisma Eight Villas, and villa guests are equally welcome to access the hotel’s amenities. We offer a complimentary shuttle between the two properties to make this easy and convenient.

    Yes, daily à la carte breakfast is included for all direct bookings. Enjoy your morning meal at Copper Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop, with views over the Ubud treetops, or at Embers Mediterranean fare with direct access to our organic garden for our villas’ guests.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy varies depending on your booking package. Most standard reservations are fully refundable if cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival. One night charge is applicable if you cancel within 13 days or less. 100% charge is applied if no show. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly for details.

    Is halal food available at your restaurants?

    Our suppliers are all halal certified, and we strive to accommodate guests with dietary preferences. However, please note that while we take care in food preparation, our kitchens are not halal-certified, and there may be a possibility of cross-contamination during the cooking process. We recommend informing our team in advance so we can make the best arrangements for your needs.

    Where is Bisma Eight located?

    Bisma Eight is located in the heart of Ubud, Bali — just minutes from the Sacred Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, and many boutique shops, galleries, and restaurants. Our Bisma Eight Villas are situated approximately 500 meters from the main hotel, and a complimentary shuttle service is available between the two properties for your convenience.

    Yes, private airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact our concierge team to book in advance. A shuttle service to central Ubud is also available for guests; however, an additional fee may apply depending on availability and schedule.
