HATHA & VINYASA YOGA

––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

In Vinyasa Yoga, individuals coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Ashtanga, Baptiste Yoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga, and Prana Flow could all be considered as Vinyasa Yoga.

Experience Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga everyday from 8-9 AM, as we always say, a healthy mind gives a healthy body gives a healthy life.
