A 3-COURSE INDONESIAN EID AL-FITR FEAST
On this year’s Eid al-Fitr, the Liap Liap team serves up a delectable 3-course brunch that will leave your taste buds wanting more. The meal begins with a refreshing Asinan Betawi, grilled prawn infused with aromatic fruits and peanut sauce. Next, the main course comprises succulent beef satay Marangi and delectable glazed wing accompanied by a side of rich corn fritters, sweet and spicy tempeh, and a medley of fresh Urab salad.
Finally, Kue Pancong, a traditional Indonesian sweet snack consisting of coconut rice cake with cinnamon sugar banana, and vanilla ice cream. The entire meal is a symphony of flavors and textures showcasing the richness and diversity of Indonesian cuisine making for this year’s perfect Eid Brunch experience in Ubud.
