Our Retreat & Revive bespoke stay will enliven your body, mind, and spirit. This retreat gives remedies to cleanse, pamper and relax you throughout your stay from a plant-based menu option, fresh-pressed juices, and other healing experiences. The stay will also give you full access to our Fit Space and infinity pool to keep you well-energized during the course of the program.
In addition, we have incorporated a raw food diet when you choose a 7-day retreat to help you detoxify, energize, and rejuvenate as a jump-start to your health and wellness journey. While a raw food diet can be a challenge at times, it has been around for thousands of years and can help recalibrate the body to perform many of its natural functions. It is centered around the simple premise of consuming fresh, unprocessed, and uncooked food. The goal is to obtain plenty of nutrients in an easy-to-digest manner, help to cleanse your body, and boost your overall immune system. Where better to do it than in Ubud?
