ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER
Candidates Qualifications:
Indonesian citizen; male or female with a minimum experience of 2 (two) years in the same position in a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant or bar
Excellent speaking in the English language, well-groomed, neat, charming, and diligent
A solid background in mixology and a proven ability to create, innovate, and develop beverages and cocktail creations
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
Exceptional knowledge of bar operations from inventory management to quality control is essential
Exceptional in providing top-notch customer service and ensuring that patrons have a memorable experience
Prior experience in managing and training bar staff is a prerequisite for this role
Must maintain high standards of quality and presentation for all beverages served
Proficiency in inventory control and ordering supplies is a must to ensure efficient operations
Knowledge of and adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective interaction with both customers and the team
Ability to address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in a fast-paced bar environment
Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a requirement for this position
