For the next outing of Copper’s curated partnerships, Executive Chef Ben McRae invites Alejandro Montano of La Pacha Mama to the Ubud jungle for a 4-hands dinner of refined Mexican and Japanese-Peruvian cuisines.

A heady cocktail of Latin-Eastern flavours and cultural styles you may think, but Copper have been doing this a while and if there’s one thing you can be sure of, they really know how to deliver the perfect balance of Balinese savoir-faire with culinary infusions from all over the world.

Loosely translated as journey or trail of Love, ‘Rastro de Amor’ guarantees to take guests on a voyage of the palate from start to finish and, as has become signature for Copper’s curated dining experiences, there is a cocktail and wine pairing options too, helping to bring all of the dishes together seamlessly.
