Copper Kitchen & Bar returns with their ever excitingly chefs collaboration lineups, and this time around they're bringing down the very best of Japan's Masters to showcase a six-plate of mouth-watering Asian-inspired dinner paired with the finest Sake collection. Handsomely created and paired together by one of the Top 5 Culinary Art chefs and Sake Master Chef Hitoshi Sugiura of Patinastella, Copper Kitchen & Bar's own chef in the lead Chef Ben McRae, and featuring Tokyo's own Buddha Bellies Cooking School Founder, Sake Sommelier, and Sushi Master Chef Akiyama Ayuko.
