WILD BERRY BELLINI

mid-January, traveled to the house farm and found some wild berries, brought back to the bar and designed a recipe to complement breakfast to start the day with something new, crafted by our bar crew by marrying the berries and sparkling, decked with kaffir lime.

MOLTO ESPRESSO

taking an espresso drink to the next level by shifting components to whiskey and thyme fragrant, using high-quality single-origin Balinese coffee beans winning the whole cocktail into perfection.

LAVENDER 75

inspired by French 75, our barman mixed the drink with light violet lavender to affect other essences and its presentation, to be enjoyed very early morning.

HOUSE BLOODY MARY

to give Fernand Petiot from The New York Bar in Paris just a tad twist, a simmered naked tomato brings more fresh taste and flavor of nature in the drink, garnished nicely with a savory grilled prawn.

BRANDY MILK PUNCH

digging other roots of morning slow drink Brandy and mixed it with the local palm sugar, enriched a perfect balance to start a new day early.

MORNING MULE

after a few days searching the soundest homemade ginger beer recipe, our barman pulled a perfect balanced Vodka, wild honey and crushed ice in the morning.
